SHIPPING POLICY
Orders for all products (except the Club rebounder) will typically ship within two days after receipt. The Club rebounder may take up to one week prior to shipment due to the extensive kitting required for this particular model.
All of our pickleball rebounder orders are semi-custom. Given that we offer multiple colors for both the rebounder structure and panel, there are (at times) lead time delays in replenishing materials. We will do everything we can to minimize these delays and will inform customers accordingly when these instances occur.
REFUNDS & WARRANTY POLICY
Racquet Training Specialist will refund the product purchase price within 30 days of product receipt if you are not completely satisfied with the play and durability of the product. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the product back to Racquet Training Specialists.
​Racquet Training Specialists products are guaranteed against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for one full year after purchase. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear, neglect, user modifications, inappropriate use, or wear from extended/continuous outdoor exposure.
